One contestant with the highest online votes will fast-track to the semifinals of Miss Universe 2011.
The Miss Universe Organization has announced that for the first time in the history of the MISS UNIVERSE competition, the pageant is incorporating a global fan vote that may automatically advance a contestant to the semifinals.
The Philippines is a powerhouse when it comes to online voting but lately, we are getting beaten by Thailand and Vietnam in this thing. So if we can only unite once more and spread the word, we may have another Miss Universe semifinalist this year.
Give Shamcey Supsup the same advantage in this year’s Miss Universe 2011 contest. Register at www.missuniverse.com and www.nbc.com. Voting will be open from from 4:00 AM on August 20 until 6:00 AM of September 12 (Manila time). Individuals 16 years old and older and residents of the country they are voting for are qualified to vote. Only 10 votes per e-mail address per day will be counted.
